This was our first MSC cruise. The ship and staff were wonderful. The price was right. Some of the logistics and processes were not great and caused unnecessary inconvenience. I also believe understaffing was an issue.
However, we will give them another try in the future.

Main dining room food and service were wonderful. The food at the buffet was very good but there were often long lines and empty selections.

On a 3 night cruise, there isn't much time to explore the entire ship. The pool was lovely and the termal spa was a calming retreat.
Entertainment

We did not go to any shows. I did want to see the Circus shows but was annoyed that there was an additional charge for them. We didn't go just on principle.
We saw several bands and singers in the bars and they were all excellent.

Our whirlpool suite was fantastic. I've never had so much space on a cruise ship. The only odd thing was there seemed to be a table missing. There were four chairs and an open space with overhead lighting but no table. It would've been much better for our breakfast room service.
The island is absolutely beautiful. We reserved a cabana, it came with two floating mats and a cooler of water.
I do believe the island is understaffed and that definitely effected our experience. Many bars only had one bartender and ran out of drinks and glasses.
Another long line. It took us about an hour to get off the ship. Due to traffic at the port, ride share couldn't get in. We waited another hour for a car to pick us up.
