Pretty much hell but we made the best of a really bad situation

Worst 4.5 hours ever in the heat , just to board ! This was a sign I wish we listened to .. I was feeding my biscotti airline biscuits ri th elderly & diabetic .. no water was offered . It was a complete nightmare

If you were lucky to get reservations or pretend to have one , you were blessed. The buffet was like something I’ve never witnessed in my life . People were acting like animals like they never ate before - I couldn’t find a slice of bacon to save mt life but oh when I did , It was grabbed out of my hand like a seagull . Rumors spread that they ran out of food . The specialty restaurant / steak house was amazing but it took 3 hours to have a dinner with just my son.

Rumors were that half the staff could not board ship because the ship came from Italy & proper documentation was not avail for the crew so the weekend trip ran on half the crew for 4000 people !

Lack of bartenders so it was self serve to go up to coolers & grab your beers which were warm but the island itself was beautiful

Again , a complete mess. Armed officers were called onto the ship because of masses & masses of people fighting to get off. Zero organization , zero management
