Overall I had a good time because of the group of friends I travelled with. We spent much of our time in the casino. The theater show was horrid, the buffet was okay, the dining room was okay. Onboard activities requiring sporting equipment were only available for use if you brought your own equipment, which we were not told to do.

Food and Dining
3 out of 5
Dining Room food was just ok. Turned off by the "upcharge" if you wanted beef for dinner (filet). There was no beef option as the main entree. Buffet food was also just average. Some things good, somethings not so good. Pizza was really good.
Onboard Activities

The hot tubs and pools were fine, however, things like the basketball court, ping-pong tables, etc., were unavailable due to COVID (unless you brought you own equipment). If I would have been told this in advance, I would have brought my basketball as I wanted to play basketball. This was incredibly disappointing. I understand COVID.. but you should have TOLD us to bring our own equipment!
Entertainment

The theater show was not good. The singers were not powerful enough and the supporting cast of dancers was poor. Only redeeming quality was that the songs chosen were well known and catchy and easy to sing along to. By far, (when comparing to Broadway and other cruise lines I've been on) the worst cruise theater show I have seen.

This was just ok. Some were great, others were okay. Nothing special here.
Ship Quality
4 out of 5
This gets 4 stars overall because the cleanliness was perfect! The ship design, not so much. Holy cow the walk from the back of the ship to the nearest elevator bank seemed like a mile. No stairs or elevator at the rear of the ship.. only mid ship and forward.
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Seemed smaller than normal. When the beds were separated into two twins, one of the beds was literally up against the balcony door. This made it impossible to access the balcony without disturbing the person sleeping in the other bed. Aside from that, it was clean, bathroom was decent, it just seemed "extra" small compared to other cruise ship cabins I have been on.
Ship tip
Pay the extra to book your cabin near mid ship or front of ship so its not a mile walk to the elevator/stairs
This was one of the nicer private islands Ive been to. This was probably due in part to the empty ship (800 passengers only out of a possible 5,000). This left us empty beaches and plenty of umbrellas for shade, etc.
Good and fast. We were waiting near the disembarkation area in the "main street" area of the ship by the Smoothie Bar and one of the employees asked us to wait for the rest of our part elsewhere so that we didn't "block traffic". We all looked at one another and said "what traffic"? There was not a single sole in sight. It was just irritating.
On the new years eve cruise on this ship the shows were amazing. The guest soprano was awesome. Best shows I have seen on any cruise line. They must have changed the performers.
