Review summary

This is the second time I traveled with MSC cruises. From the very biggening, we had issues with the embarkation. Then, the key card was not opening the stateroom, and had to go 3 times to the reception to have it corrected. The TV was not working, and it needed to be changed, and could not be able to complain at the customer service, as the lines were so long that preferred not to spend time complaining and decided to enjoy instead

The cabin was not too big. I was traveling with my wife with a wheelchair, and it barely fit in the room. I had travelled before in other ship from the same company and cabins were bigger

Our cruise on here is com up. Looking forward. Try not to worry much on long lines. That’s expected The ships hold many many people. Takes time to get us all through. I’m gonna kick back and not stress. Hopefully. Our 5 th. Cruise. All are different but so worth and any small hurdles. 😎
