Review summary

First and Last time we go on a MSC. Everything was chaos. This cruise line has no experience handling big ships. They nickel and dime you for everything. They tried to apologize for embarkation with a $50 credit PER CABIN. What a joke.

Buffets are below average. Specialty restaurants, Mexican was excellent and the seafood was excellent. Butchers Cut was really really bad. You can eat a better steak at Denny's. No offence to Denny's.

Beautiful Island, but lines and lines for everything. Wait in line for food, drinks, no ice etc etc.

Again, chaos chaos chaos. MSC do not know how to handle 4500 passenger. Horrible experience. No attention to anything, extremely disorganized.

Thanks for the review. I had a great experience on Meraviglia in January and am on the Divina now. The embarkation was 15 min from drop off to the buffet, the food in the dining room and buffet has been excellent and Butcher’s Cut was outstanding.
