It was the worst cruise I've ever been on. The food the drinks, the room the lack of information, feel like we were swindled. Warning everyone to NOT cruise with MSC.

Vary poor communication, they all sent us to the long complaint line. Never received our invoice or luggage tags,, OUT of cabin at 8:00 AM!!!! 2 hrs in line to get off this ship.

Was not what we paid for. No couch or chair. No vanity area. We where not told how to activate the room, no info in room, back to the long complaint line.
Ship tip
Felt like a scam the hole time. Out of all of our liquor package alcohol. DO NOT CRUISE WITH THEM.
