Review summary

Took cruise to celebrate my birthday. There was no recognition in the cabin by the stewards, dining staff did nothing. The overall service of staff was below acceptable. Will likely not travel MSC again. The ship itself was nice, staircase very pretty (diamond look). Service by the rear pool bar was decent.

First night in dining hall, waiter took forever to come to table, then food took forever to come out, then waiter took forever to check on our table, as we prepared to leave after eating, waiter ran over with a tablet to pay for sodas that were order. Anytime you order drinks, they always get your card at the moment you order. Terrible
