We recently completed a 10 day cruise with the MSC Divina. We left from Port of Miami and cruised to Ocho Rios, Jamaica, Cartagena, Colombia, Colon, Panama, Puerto Limon, Costa Rica and our final destination was MSC private island Ocean Cay in the Bahamas. We had wonderful weather the entire cruise except for some rain in Cartagena. Overall our experience on the MSC Divina was outstanding. From the food, the live entertainment, the exceptional crew. It was an experience we will never forget. After sailing on the beautiful Divina it will make it difficult to go back to other cruise lines. The Divina is such an elegant ship. The ambiance and flare for what you pay for is unmatched. It truly leaves you wanting to go back for more. This will not be our last cruise on the Divina. That is for sure.

First cruise. Will cruise again. MSC does have some areas of improvement, however, overall, did a great job.

Although everyone (both staff and passengers) seemed to be a little on edge the first day due to long wait times getting on the ship, the rest of the trip was really nice. My first time on MSC and I'm looking forward to sailing with them again. Also I think it's a good cruise line for solo travelers.

This was a beautiful ship full of problems, biggest problem was communication. Internet was the worse of any other ship I've been on. Starting from before the cruise, trying to get to their web-site to do anything, was such a big problem and it only continued once we were on. Communication between crew members was terrible, different every time we ask anyone on almost everything.

Overall this was a wonderful experience. I had the time of my life and I can’t wait for my next MSC cruise!

Overall our first experience with MSC was a positive. I did experience some sinus issues the last two days of the duties and upon returning home did test twice for Covid just to make sure I wasn’t sick. First test on Monday came back negative, second test on Tuesday came back positive. I was having more body aches by that point so I knew something more was going on. I had been vaccinated and boosted. Hoping the rest of my crew can escape this but for now I will quarantine and write reviews of our cruise

We enjoyed the cruise, it was very relaxing. For most part the main entertainment of the evening was too late for us so we did not see much. We found the main dining room to be the best choice for food, the buffet was not to her liking. As far as the pizzas concerned it was not as good as people have said.

This was our 2nd MSC cruise. We had a fabulous time. The ship is beautiful. The ports were amazing. The shows were outstanding. Was a great 7 days, just went by too fast.

Overall a nice relaxing time. Nothing to extraordinary if it weren't for msc pricing and no single supplement I would not cruise with them but with those caveats it was great.

Third time we have traveled on this ship. I feel that they have made vast improvements.

4 night to Nassau and Ocean Cay for overnight. We did get to Nassau, I didn't get off the ship, I'm bored and irritated by Nassau. Didn't get to Ocean Cay, instead diverted to Dominican Republic with 3 sea days. The 2 extra sea days were due to Ian, and that's fine, I had no where to be. Disappointed about Ocean Cay, weather is weather though. I was happy with the journey we had. Friday approaching Florida got quite rocky, to be expected. I was traveling solo and met up with many other solo travelers, so, don't be afraid to travel solo. I probably won't sail on MSC Divina again, but only because I prefer the Seaview class. ONE BIG NEGATIVE On Thursday, when the cruise was supposed to end, they sent out a letter stating that everyone can get on the internet for 24 hours to rearrange travel plans. And that's great. However, it did NOT state that your internet package is no longer continuing.... And that's fine too. I went to the desk around 2AM to ask why my internet wasn't working and that I needed to contact airline.. Instead of educating me that that package isn't working because it's no longer valid... I was immediately told "Sir, you were told before this cruise that you could rebook on another..." I wasn't complaining, I was just asking for clarification mind you. My answer was "I can also not book on this cruise line again" and walked away. Very unprofessional answer to a very simple question. I will be booking again, however, I agree with another review before.. Train staff correctly. Otherwise the desk was always a pleasure during the day. Funny thing is, the drink package did continue for the whole voyage.. Confusing. Please do not go on MSC expecting RC or Carnival, they are different experiences. And I do prefer MSC.

Crew did a great job keeping us safe from Ian. Got 2 bonus days so that was nice.

We ended our voyage after the first seven days instead of continuing for the remaining four days due to Hurricane Ian.

Loved it. It was super affordable and still great quality. Definitely recommended.

Overall, a terrific cruise. Feel like I got a great value for the money I spent. They are certainly going to steal market share if they can keep this up!

Great relaxing cruise, Ocean Cay Reserve is beautiful.

This is our first MSC cruise. Staff was excellent, ship was elegant. Divina is built for adults and not kids. Plan to go again.

This was my first cruise and loved it! I hope to sail with MSC next year!

Went on this cruise with an open mind and was presently surprised. Ship was laid out well and felt comfortable. MSCs island was very nice. Relaxed and enjoyed this cruise. Already booked our next MSC cruise.
