First cruise. Will cruise again. MSC does have some areas of improvement, however, overall, did a great job.

Dining room was fabulous. Darma and Dayanara were outstanding servers. The buffet can use some improvement. Drinks were spot on.

There were lots of activities. We did not do a lot. Some Karaoke, swimming, and hot tubs. The hot tubs were warm, which was a little disappointing.

Vicky was great and attentive as our room steward. I Wayan Dharma K & Dayanara Barcas provided excellent service in the dining room. They were attentive, considerate, and helpful. Could not have asked for anything more than the great service they provided.

Wow, great room. Spacious, loved the balcony space. Lots of storage, and a lovely bathroom with bathtub even.
Ship tip
Research prior to going. There was not enough information regarding what to expect from the cruise line itself. Glad I did my homework ahead of time.
OMG. What a beautiful place and relaxing. The snorkeling was a joke however, and disappointing. Should not be offered as the island is so new. We tried 3 recommended locations, and saw 3 fish and a turtle. Highly disappointed with snorkeling.
