Great ship being brand new. A little to large to move around on. Not enough elevators. Not a fan of the Hub App. Service quality was hit or miss

Loved this trip and enjoyed the time spent with my family

Would not recommend this cruise. I'm a gold member Should be platinum as I was cruising long before they started counting. And we usually cruise at least once a year some in the party more times a year for the last over 25 years. This was a nice ship but one of my biggest dissappointments.

Quite a change from our first Mardi Gras honeymoon cruise. Original could carry 520 passengers with 200 crew and this one around 6000 with 1800 crew. First one had two dining options and this one had more than twice what we could do in a week. Beautiful ship with good live entertainment. Excellent cruise director with a name you wont forget, Kyndall Fire.

This cruise was postponed three times due to Covid. We absolutely had the best time and most relaxing vacation ever. Would do this ship and itinerary again.

loved everything about it except the food quality in the Flamingo, the service was excellent all week except the service at the premium restaurant Rudy's Seafood Grill, although the food was good, the poor service ruined our dinner experience and will not soon forget.

Great ship for kids and teens. Lots for them to do on sea days. The itinerary is good, and more good excursions are now available, if somewhat pricey. Be aware that the layout is unlike any other ship, and it is huge. Dining and entertainment venues are scattered throughout the 1100 foot long ship. That is almost 4 football fields long! The long walks can be hard if you have mobility issues and no assistance from a wheelchair or scooter. The cabins are smaller than other ships and can feel really crowded when kids are also in the cabin. The bathrooms are tiny. Food is good and a huge variety. Take the kids and have fun!

The ship is beautiful. We had 6,385 people on board with just 1800 staff members. They were overworked and understaffed. The workers were rude. Some didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. I felt bad for them.

Except for the food in the main dining room, everything was amazing. We were not told that disembarkation was a little earlier, even though we had priority disembarkation. That would have been nice to know.

I traveled Carnival before covid and I felt the spirit of Carnival was missing on this trip. Not enough fun things to do on board during “Fun Days At Sea”.

Had a great time. Took a few minutes to understand the system of the reservations using the carnival app but it paid off in avoiding the long wait time.

We had a fabulous time. The few things that weren't perfect for us didn't spoil our trip.

Good experience overall. Staff is top notch and really do try to make everyone's cruise enjoyable. Ship is impressive. Needed more time to try other restaurants. lol

We had a great time and look forward to sailing on her sister ship, the Celebration. We had some safety concerns about all the motorized scooters. while we understand and respect those who need them, Carnival needs to ensure they are not left in the cabin hallways as they oftentimes blocked the hallway and perhaps they should be given a separate entrance into entertainment venues as they were quick to “run over” individuals. Their safety is as important as mine but I want to be safe too.

Enjoyed the cruise. There were some long lines for shows. Maybe have reservations for shows would cut down on the crowds in hallways.

This is the last time I will travel on the Mardi Gras. Rather do some of the other ships I have traveled in the past. More fun, better energy, better experience. The staff on the Mardi Gras can be described as either a salesperson, disgruntled employee, hostile, and there are only a few that appear to love the job and even if they don't, they are good at acting like they want you to enjoy the experience.

Great for a family vacation. Plenty of things to do for all interests. I would suggest this ship to anyone unless they need the elevators and can't take the stairs, just being honest. We will most likely do this cruise again, just not from this port. Getting to and from the port isn't as easy as Miami or Ft. Lauderdale so when you think you are saving a few bucks on the cost, just figure out how much it is round trip to the port and back to the airport. Plenty of hotels in Miami/Ft. Lauderdale that offer free shuttles to and from the port when you stay there the night before. We would consider this departure port again if it did a southern literary. We would also like to see a stop at Carnival's private island. We would also like it if your drink package works on the beach like Royal does at Perfect Day at Cococay. Just my opinion, but again I would suggest this ship! It was fun.

Went to celebrate me and my husband's birthday. This is my second time on the Mardi Gras but his first. He was like a child at play. Eyes big like diamonds with all there was to do and see.

Over all our cruise was great because we were with family and friends. We had delicious food and great service. Our cabins were nice, clean, great attendants if they weren’t hogtied to less service and more tips.

Phenomenal experience that I could do again and again annually.
