Great ship being brand new. A little to large to move around on. Not enough elevators. Not a fan of the Hub App. Service quality was hit or miss

Its was a nightmare. Boarded 3 hours late. No attention given to Carnival Platinum or Diamond members. We were all herded like sheep

Cucina de Capitan for dinner was great. Hibachi was amazing. Palm restaurant "your time dinning" had good food and the wait staff of Richard, Jeremiah & Michael were amazing. Big chicken is a must. 555 steakhouse was also great

Sunny girl strings trio were amazing. The rock n roll, magic, Christmas and Broadway shows were amazing. Percy Cruise the comedian was amazing

The Fun Shop and the Invicta shop people were not very friendly. Palm restaurant "your time dinning" wait staff team of Richard, Jeremiah & Michael were amazing. Jamaica the palm hostess was great. Edward our cabin steward was amazing. Francisco casino bar waiter was awesome. Edward from the Hibachi place puts on a great show while cooking

Everything is still pretty brand new. Elevator don't carry 17 people as posted in elevator
Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was good. The USB's were plentiful, bathroom shower door is a welcome change, safe being able to be opened/closed with a 4 digit code is a nice thing, air was nice and cold, soap/shampoo from spa was great. Not far from the elevator straight to thermal treatment room was good
Ship tip
Expect to wait for elevator all week. Take the SPA "managers special" when you board its the lowest you will pay for a massage. Unless you the SPA doesn't make its quota during the first 6 days you will get massages for $99 the last sea day. Dont miss the playlist shows. Order the chicken Parm at Cucina de Capitan
