We felt that the performances were too loud and that made them muffed at times and hard to understand. Wish they would open the doors sooner to places so you do not have to wait in line in the crowded hallways. Maybe have reservations for shows would cut down on the crowds in hallways.

Service and Staff

The waiters/ waitresses did a good job in the main dining room. We did not see our room steward much - he was polite when we saw him. We figured that there might have been a staff shortage.

Ship Quality

Ship design was good. Wish the smoking part of the casino was closed off more from the rest of the area. We were surprised that the cabins and some other areas were not as clean as expected. We felt that might be because Alf staff shortage.

Cabin / Stateroom

The comfort and size was good, we enjoyed the balcony. We did not feel that it had been cleaned well before we arrived. Glad we brought our own cleaning supplies with us.

Ship tip

Go with an opened mind. Some areas are crowded but that is usually because people are waiting in lines to get into the shows or events.

I agree about taking your own luggage with you on disembarqation day. It helps getting off ship quicker. I will have to remember to get to the shows early early.
