Review summary

Overall we enjoyed our cruise. We stayed in Serenity area most of the time. We had a great wait staff up there. Overall the cruise was nice and relaxing.

The dining options were much better than your typical Carnival Ship. There were lots of options to choose from. We only went to the main once and that was for French onion soup.

Onboard Activities

I would say the activities were just all right. If your into shows you may enjoy them more than we did. We enjoy the comedy more than anything. Piano bar was always packed and couldn’t get a seat.

Again I would say it was just ok. We did not really enjoy the shows. We did enjoy the comedy.

Service and Staff

Most of the staff went above and beyond. There was one particular thing that stands out negative to me. The photographs in the common areas can sometime make it difficult to navigate through. The photographers need to stop traffic at times and my husband accidentally walked through a photo. He honestly didn’t see the photographer as he was on opposite side of photo area. Anyway the photographer actually gave a dirty look and rolled his eyes. It was an honest accident. Most All staff were great.

Much nicer than average carnival ship. There were still some things that made it look messy. More from passengers than anything. Just being sloppy.

Cabin / Stateroom

The cabin was clean and more modern. There was a bad smell in the bathroom. Like a sewage smell. Seemed to be worse when in port.
