Review summary

The ship is beautiful. We had 6,385 people on board with just 1800 staff members. They were overworked and understaffed. The workers were rude. Some didn’t even look like they wanted to be there. I felt bad for them.

The main dining room was the worst. Not enough employees. I paid for filet mignon and it was overcooked. They forgot my chimichurri sauce and I finally got it after I ate my meal.

Kyndal was amazing. She did a lot of fun activities and was amazing.

Entertainment

The DJ’s were awesome. The comedy shows were funny. The guys in Havana were pretty good. The reason for four stars instead of five is because the performers in center stage were a bit boring and the seats were uncomfortable.

The reason for the two stars is because we had an awesome room steward named William. He was amazing. The other two people that made it nice was a guy named Made, who works in the smokers area on 8 and the guy from pixels. I believe his name was either Marcus or Marcello. The rest were not happy to be working. Awful customer service.
