Inconsistent customer service. Depended on who you came in contact with and their mood for the day. A new experience for us. Most were polite and cordial.

Beautiful ship. Great neighborhoods. Easy to navigate ship. Larger ship equals smaller staterooms. Staterooms smaller than other Carnival ships. Bathrooms much smaller than other Carnival ships.

Cabin / Stateroom

Room and especially the bathroom was smaller than usual/other Carnival ships. Additional outlets for electronics, USB charging ports and reading lights on bed was a great addition.

Ship tip

Pack extra patience when returning from visiting ports. Elevators are smaller than other Carnival ships and creates delays when there is a large crowd of people waiting.
