The ship was not as wonderful as the other Royal Caribbeans that we have cruised on but it was an OK ship for our purpose. We loved the Grand Suite and balcony. We did not love all the noise from the young people that were on the cruise. On the night after being in Cosumel all day, the young folks were yelling and running on the track above our heads until exactly five in the morning when it suddenly became quiet. Other nights it did not last that long. We do want to go on the new Freedom Of The Seas. Royal Caribbean is our favorite line.

Very clean, excellent food. The stateroom attendants, Waiter and Assistant Waitress Superb! Activities a little disorganized but overall the trip was a wonderful experience, I'll do it again in a heart beat!

I have been on cruises before, however, this was probably one of the more unpleasant experiences I have had. Due to illnesses, shows got cancelled, midnight buffet was cancelled and due to all the bleach that was used to clean hand rails, I had several clothes ruined. The other thing that made this trip less then enjoyable was the fact that our port stop to the Cayman Islands was cut short. We were not able to get on the island until after 1 and had to be back on the ship at 430. This did not allow time to do the excursions we wanted to do. This trip was my honeymoon. I had been married the day before boarding the ship. We were extremely excited about taking the trip, and ended up being overall very disappointed.

AS you may know the Norwalk virus hit this ship the day before our sailing. This caused the ship to alter some of its food choices and cleanliness was very important. Overall, I appreciated the extra scrubbing that was taking place all the time. I do not think anyone came down with the bug.

The ship was beautiful, clean and spacious.

Been cruising Royal since 2000. Sad to see decline in dining.

ALL THE PORTS SCHEDULED WERE CHANGED two months before sailing but, we had airfare, hotel and time off from work scheduled, we didn't request a refund. (Royal offered full refund, no penalties... but, we went anyway.) So, we picked this cruise for the ports, which were all cancelled / changed. That being said, we had a lovely, relaxing time. Very romantic time, connecting and decompressing.

Love to cruise. Every ship is different. This is an older ship . I thought it was unique.

It was a wonderful cruise! More laid back than on bigger ships, more relaxed. Great shows and activities too. This is was I was looking for and Grandeur delivered! The ship was nicer and better than I was thinking before cruising on her.

Overall a great time. Loved getting dressed up and eating dinner at Great Gatsby. Met some very nice people both staff and guests.

ENJOYED IT VERY MUCH. It was really a ship for senior citizens. So very low key.

Really enjoyed our time onboard. The staff works hard but their sincere service and willingness to assist with any and everything was superior to other cruises we have been on. Would absolutely sail with them again.

We loved the 5 day cruise from Galveston onboard Grandeur of the Seas. Excellent service, food, drinks, and great entertainment.

Overall not the best RC cruise I have been on. Probably the worst. The MTD really set off the cruise on a bad note. Guest relations was efficient, and our cabin steward was helpful when asked for things. Robes were wet from the laundry so unusable.

Perfect get away! We had a great time. Definitely would sail on the ship again, loved the size.

Got spoiled now will book on aft cabins the sunset and sundowns are out of this world 🌍

This cruise overall was great. Not bad for a five day cruise. A cruise is what you make of it so make it so make it a great one!! Happy cruising my fellow cruisers!,,
