Could not have been any easier to board

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Windjammer food was good. Many standard choices on the buffet. Sliced meats (roast beef, ham) were excellent as were hamburgers. Nice fruit selections. Breakfast in Gatsby wasn’t worth the wait. Dinners in the Gatsby were excellent. Service was excellent and almost all entrees were very enjoyable. Chops was a nice, quiet, intimate dinner setting. Filet was excellent but ribeye was somewhat disappointing

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
Fun stuff going on all the time. Art auction, live music, casino, silent disco were fun.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Shows were excellent. Dancers and singers in both Tango Buenos Aires and Broadway Rhythm and Rhyme big shows were amazing.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Excellent service by all the staff onboard

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Ship was clean and maintained well. Small size has some advantages. Balcony suite was roomy and beds were really comfortable

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Cabin was large with couch and two chairs for sitting. Bed was comfortable and bathroom very functional. Climate control in room kept it cold.

Ship tip

Do it!

Ports of call

Cozumel, Mexico

Cozumel national marine park snorkeling excursion was a great four hour outing. Saw turtles, stingrays, and fish while snorkeling. Nice pontoon boat ride to the reef and fun drinks on the way back to the ship

Costa Maya (Mahahual), Mexico

5 out of 5
YaYa Beach was a nice quiet place to spend the day

Galveston, Texas

Easy to park close to ship. Interesting old town around port

Disembarkation
