I would consider looking at other ships and cruise lines. For the price we paid, we were unpleasantly surprised by a few different things during our family trip. We actually felt that Carnival had better food and better entertainment, overall, and they are usually a bit cheaper than Princess. If you choose this cruise because of the port convenience or the itinerary, I'm sure it'll be a fine trip, but it was not the grand, high end cruise line people have hyped it up to be; at least not in our opinion (and we were a group of 28 ranging in age from 9-80).
