We enjoyed the ship, the food, the people, the entertainment. What I did not enjoy was the rough water that caused me to stagger from one handrail to the next. Of course, that is not Princess fault, but I will never again take a cruise that is so long and across open ocean.

I had a great Alaskan cruise. The weather could have been better at some points, but could not have been better at others. I guess that is just how Alaska is, from what I understand.

Wonderful trip - we did the suite upgrade and so grateful we did. Amazing service. Food was incredible. We ate at Sabitini's x 1 and Crown Grill x3. YUM. Didn't love the buffet - better on other ships.

Overall the staff on the ship is wonderful and Alaska is beautiful

This was a great cruise to Alaska. A true bucket list adventure that did not disappoint.

Overall a great cruise. June/July is a great time to Cruise Alaska. Would do Princess again for an Alaskan cruise. The pre-cruise land portion to Denali is a must do. Everybody in Fairbanks and Denali were great. Would also recommend the land first then southbound cruise to Vancouver.

A recommended cruise. Would have liked a land sea cruise combination.

I feel princess failed by not keeping the ship sanitized. Many sick people I am guessing all with Covid as we were very sick the last day and upon returning home the same day we left the ship we tested positive for Covid. There was no effort to clean common touch surfaces and hand washing was not enforced at the buffet. My dream vacation turned into a nightmare and now I am still very sick. I expected a safer environment on the ship.

THE WORST CRUISE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Doctor on board saidthathe didn't want my husband going ashore and exerting while he was on the new medication,so we stayed onboard.

The inside of a ship should be warm not having to wear a winter coat all the time.

If I had it to do over again, I would save my money and not do the cruise. I would fly to Alaska and rent a car. I would spend a few days in Denali and Fairbanks. I would go to Skagway and do the white train pass and spend a few days there.

This is a rare Sydney to San Fran cruise, it is a 25 year old ship, Pacific can be rough, 70% Sea days,, entertainment is limited, if you can come to terms with this, the cruise will be fun….staff was wonderful and made up for other shortcomings….

Alaska is beautiful, but better visited in July or August!

On The way up we had a lot of fog and rain. Come to think of it is was the same on the way back. Lol don't let weather stop you 🤣 from having fun

Gonna try the Carribean in the spring, giving Princess one more chance.

Very smooth sailing! Best buffet layout and service of any cruise line we had experienced. Buffet did not have enough chocolate offerings. Also had more educational lectures we enjoyed

A little grueling but an amazing trip. We did the land portion first & was glad we did. Didn't see anywhere to comment on the land portion which was great in itself.

the biggest complaint is we did not feel special at all; e.g., the room steward didn't do any thing special like "towel animals" or treats on the pillow. at the last dinner, every other cruise we've been on the kitchen/chef come out in a fun parade, that didn't happen. never really got to know the staff at all. also the medallion app is horrible, horrible, horrible. totally unreliable. i hate it and that's enough to never go on princess again. even their own staff says it's horrible. so fix it!

If you want to explore Alaska, this is the way to do it! This was a trip of a lifetime. We were very fortunate with the weather. Everything you hope to see in Alaska can be seen from this cruise.
