Unacceptable service from Room Service, from Doctor in Medical Center to the Guest Service Director..

Our toilet in our room overflowed,restrooms outside of Horizon buffet was inoperative for entire cruise, etc

Doctor onboard put my husband on a blood thinning meds cuz of a HUGE mistake by the room services staff in changing out our mini bar. Husband was taken to emergency from Da Vinci restaurant and put on blood thinners cuz he has developed atrial fibillation from taking2gulps of the beer. He's highly allergic to alcohol!!!!!!!!

If your husband is so allergic why does he not check what he’s drinking, I mean you can easily smell that beer is beer! Not sure about this review at all.

How could your husband drink beer and not know what he was drinking? Appears you should not go on any more cruises because you must be responsible for your actions while on a cruise. I suggest Disney World because they are trained to handle customers that are younger and don’t have to make many decisions.

That sounds terrible. It looks like all your cruise reviews are bad with lots of blame on others. My advice is to not cruise anymore. Also, have your severely allergic husband to read labels before drinking and not drink anything he doesn’t know.
