We enjoyed the ship, the food, the people, the entertainment. What I did not enjoy was the rough water that caused me to stagger from one handrail to the next. Of course, that is not Princess fault, but I will never again take a cruise that is so long and across open ocean.

Room was small, but we expected that. We loved the balcony. Very clean. Sometimes our shower would not turn off.
I reported my passport lost about 2 years ago by mail. I received no reply so called about a year ago. It took several calls to get someone to talk to. When I finally did find someone, she told me that they had not received my notification that my passport was lost. Therefore, using it was no problem. Then we disembarked at LA, I was detained because they thought I was using a stolen passport. The government security men were rude and would not listen to what had happened. They almost made us miss our transport to the airport.
