Would book through BJ's travel again and again. Love Royal Caribbean.

No specific issues, we overall enjoyed the cruise

The best show is the gymnastic performance. Mrs. Ramil and Alerendor at Dining room Deck 3 and Ms. Jinfei Xu provided an excellent service. The ping pong tables should be placed inside, otherwise it is too windy to play.

Cruise would have been better if I received my coupon book, which still has never come in the mail. Will not use world travel again. Only gave me 25$ towards another new booking when book was worth $450. Ship was wonderful as always!

It is always great to cruise, this one was our cruse # 31, looking forward to our next one.

We loved our cruise. Just a couple things we would like changed but hey nothings perfect. We love RCCL.

As a veteran cruiser travelling with a first time cruiser, it was definitely one of the best vacations either of us have been on. Between our ports of call, Cruise Director and staff, entertainment, our waiter and assistant waiter, our vacation could not have been more perfect.

Overall service goes down over years; good experience with main dining; not enough dancing

The one piece of advice would be to improve the ingredients used in the desert; these were not of the best quality and also the variety needs to be increased, as far as the volume also needs to be increased for the people that are eating in one sitting. Everytime we went to get desserts, the bar was out and it took long time to be replenished.

I am very disjointed with this overall trip. I do not feel like the staff as a whole was very friendly/helpful. I do think that since I started cruising with royal Caribbean that the prices are going up and the service has gone way down. I'm not sure if we will be back or be looking at another cruise line. We go every other year so I will be doing some research.

If you are considering A Royal Caribbean cruise choose one 6 nights or longer. There is so much activity aboard and at port that it does take a little time to settle down and relax. By the time you do you are heading back home. We have taken 3 with them and the experience has always proven them as one of the best Cruise lines

The service staff was quite spectacular, the food and drinks were great! We really enjoyed all of the activities to do on the ship. We wish there was better communication about the events prior to boarding the ship, I called to inquire but very little information was provided. With a large family, it would have been nice to make an itinerary for everyone. For example, I wish I would have known about the different theme nights ahead of time.

Just Okay this time, food could have been better. Free needs to stay free. Best and most fun I have ever had on a ship (not royalcarribean) is a silent disco and by the way it was FREE.

Royal Caribbean has been moved to the bottom of my list. NO ROOM should be noisy every night. RC has done a pretty good job in the past on the Oasis for me (x2 trips). There is no way to correct that room other than turn it into a storage. That was unforgivable.

It was a great experience on The Freedom of the Seas. We definitely will be back on this cruise line. Thank you for your great job! The atmosfera was very warm and comfortable, food was great and good selection. Entertainment was wonderful and different types for everyone on the ship.

We enjoyed ourselves. The itinerary was great. The ship was nice, but aged and in need of refurbishing. The staff were polite but not really efficient. Overall it was great !

Complete disaster of a vacation. No time to relax or decompress. No time to enjoy one another due to illness that could have been avoided if one person had taken a few minutes to make sure the bags he was unloading from the bus were at the correct port, instead he was too worried about how many (blank) tips he was going to receive from the passengers. We are now suffering from my husband missing work, being extremely ill, and having to go back to his doctor for treatment. We will also have to our eye doctor for an appointment to replace his Rx reading glasses that are lost. I will never recommend RC to anyone and plan to write as many reviews, scathing, about my experience as possible. I hope that RC will reach out to me and resolve this matter, I am at the point that I want to forget I booked this cruise.
