Review summary

Just Okay this time, food could have been better. Free needs to stay free. Best and most fun I have ever had on a ship (not royalcarribean) is a silent disco and by the way it was FREE.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Main dining room, was just okay. Husband has allergies, which they were concerned about. But kept us waiting every night to bring the next nights menu to make choices. Not our waiter she was perfect. Food this time was just okay. Seems like quality is going down hill.

Onboard Activities

4 out of 5
worked out, fitness center was good, but really busy

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Stage shows were really good, just way to loud. Need to tone it down. Mostly sounded like screaming. Ice skating show was the best.

Children's Programs

no kids

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Main dinning room waiter was excellent, room steward hardy ever saw him, but he left the things we ask for.

Ship tip

Things that use to be free are no longer. Movies in your room they now want 8.99 to watch. (you will only get cartoons free) Current movies are playing on deck under the stars, but the lawn chairs are REALLY uncomfortable and visibility is poor from almost everywhere, due to railings & poles. And There's an open bar that is loud. Use to watch from the comfort of our room and order room service (which by the way is also no longer free. Good thing we go off the grid, internet is now $12.99 per day. And all though the Spa service was great, that will cost you twice as much also. Ice show is awesome, Food is just okay. Everything these days is all about money. Kinda ruins what use to be the all-inclusive vacation. And this isn't my first cruise I've been cruising at least twice a year since the 80's.

Ports of call

Love this place, did a combo, stingray city and snorkel. unfortunately it was way to windy that day but we went and enjoyed it anyway. Second time there.

Beautiful Place, more to do there than you would think, Snorkeled this time. But will try the water park next time looked easy to get too, and we saw a lot of ziplines.

Cozumel, Mexico

We have been here three times now, and still haven't done everything, swam with the manatees, snorkeled and shopped.

Disembarkation

Getting on and off is always easy, we carry our own luggage off. It's fast and the taxi vans are $ 11.00 per person back to the airport to fly or pickup you car rental.
