Encourage HAL to provide more talks about history/politics/culture. They do quick overviews to sell their excursions but this trip they didn't do a good job of preparing us to more fully experience the ports of call until Iceland/Greenland. Jon, Bard, and Tom were excellent speakers (full capacity audiences).
Food and Dining

The usual assortment of crafts, teas, games.

Too many talent shows and circus-type acts on the mainstage. Will Konigsdam have the same level of entertainment?
One exception: Adagio was wonderful.
Service and Staff

Uniformly upbeat and eager/willing to assist. Room stewards were very efficient.
