We booked back-to-back cruises for a 9-night cruising experience that we so looked forward to, but were extremely disappointed.

I wanted to be off this cruise on my 3 rd day. This is cruise is great for older people and families. The activities were boring and the prices were not exciting at all. Most disappointing was the food.

Very disappointed that we spent so much for a spacious balcony and got a very small room. Very old, little amenities, we were charged for everything! Rough waters and beds would shake! Go on another cruise line but not this one!

It was one of the best vacations of my life - relaxing, excellent food and service - perfect! Will do it, again!

Overall, we had a good time. We wanted a space to relax, read, tan, and eat good food - and we got most of that. If you go on a cruise for the added entertainment and good energy, I'm not sure this is your cruise. The boat is older and a little outdated. The buffet has too much fluff and too little quality.

Poor,terrible staff was rude while disembarking. Even spent the money on the key pass that promised quick disembarking was all a lie. Everyone with better rooms will leave before you even if you spend the extra money on the key pass. DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY ON THE KEY PASS.

Overall, this cruise was great. I loved it. The weather was tough since Dorian was in the water, and a storm came up in Cozumel. But the food, service, and entertainment were fantastic.

Love to be on ship but not these ports ! Will choose different ones next time

Everyone on staff was always friendly and always busy. The entertainment was always fun to watch and join in with. We booked our next cruise while on ship! Can't wait to see everyone again.

Overall it was a good affordable family vacation. We loved the splash area and swimming pools. Service was great. Cupcake classes were a waist of money. And the ship could use a paint job.

The unprofessional personnel are not experienced enough to recognize a panic attack much less deal with one. So, easiest solution? Throw the passengers off the boat, no explanation, no appeal, no compassion. My wife had a panic attack when her bags were not delivered and the ship was preparing to sail. She had a panic attack, the ship's crew lied says she was suicidal and had refused to go to muster. She was shaking uncontrollably in the lobby adjacent passenger service and was unable to go. One of the crew took our badges to scan them in. Then without explanation we were told my wife had to leave the ship, I could stay but she had to leave. As if I would go on the cruise without her, idiots. We were unceremoniously rushed off the ship, no recourse, no appeal, no due process. Later we were told that my wife had said if her bags were not found she would jump off the ship. Totally untrue, I sat nose to nose with my wife during her panic attack and at no time did she say she would jump off the ship. And, her bags were found. She had her clothing. A second reason she was supposedly ejected was refusing to attend muster. She did not refuse, she was shaking so hard she could not attend. I was with her, I also did not attend muster and was told I could sail. Lying to cover a situation they did not have the experience or maturity to handle. Fine crew you have. Lying to save their butts at the expense of a woman having a panic. I have never been so disgusted in my life. Fine way to treat a disabled Veteran and his Lady.

we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect cruise and ship to do it on. the ship was not too crowded. we could always find a deck chair or seat in the theater when we wanted. and we had time to enjoy each other. again it was an excellent overall experience.

I mostly likely will take this same cruise again. I enjoyed everything about this particular cruise!

This cruise is overpriced for what you receive. I had high expectations with it being on the Royal Cruise line but was left underwhelmed wishing I was on a Carnival cruise ship.

Do not book this ship. It is old, small and for the price I paid, I should have went with Norwegian. At least the food would have been amazing and the onboard activities would be worth talking about.

For first time cruisers. this is not bad. However, ship is small compared to others so shows and activities are not that great. This is what the veteran cruisers said.

This was the best 20th Anniversary gift ever. We will be going on another next year with older kids.

Never will I pay that kind of money for another cruise

It was ok for our first cruise, I may pick another cruise more kid friendly differently for adults.
