Review summary

we were celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this was the perfect cruise and ship to do it on. the ship was not too crowded. we could always find a deck chair or seat in the theater when we wanted. and we had time to enjoy each other. again it was an excellent overall experience.

cabin fit our needs very well. the size was good and kept very clean. the bed was comfortable. the shower fit us but would have been an issue for larger people

i would highly recommend the ship for first time cruiser or people looking for a bit smaller and much less crowded experience

we enjoy Galveston. we did not do an excursion off the ship but did visit Moody Gardens after we left the ship

Cozumel, Mexico

we have been to Cozumel many times and have done many of the excursions in the past. we chose the submarine ride this time and it was excellent. we did not know what to expect and it exceeded our expectations. we highly recommend it.

Disembarkation

the disembarkation was very organized. we had our bags taken the night before and left the ship at our scheduled time. there was no wait at all. the luggage was where it needed to be and there were enough people directing traffic to make this part of the cruise very easy. this ending an excellent overall experience.
