Review summary

Do not book this ship. It is old, small and for the price I paid, I should have went with Norwegian. At least the food would have been amazing and the onboard activities would be worth talking about.

The main dining room food was just okay at best. The buffet was good but why wasn't it 24 hrs?

This cruise ship was for families with toddlers and seniors. The swimming pools were small and overcrowded. No slide. I feel like I was duped into taking this cruise.

The comedy and lounge singer was the best thing this ship had going for it. The DJ was terrible.

I just think it’s goofy when a poster says “Don’t Sail this ship!” Many people know how to enjoy and appreciate ships that others don’t. I’m quite confident that the OP’s viewpoint is different than mine.

We sailed 7/17 and had a great time. Embarkation was a breeze. Got to port at 12:35 on ship by 1. It is an old ship and due for a scheduled dry dock, but over all a great trip.

It is old. None of the bells and whistles. But I found it quite adequate for adults and the service was generally excellent. Families with teens should avoid this ship though. Not much for them at all. As I understand it, they stretched the ship like a limo so the layout is awkward.

I have been on this ship 7 times and loved it every time, was just on it in February and will go on it again, you just can’t compare it to the newer ships. Just enjoy the smaller ships!

I did a 4 day cruise on this ship last year and was also disappointed. My biggest disappointment was that the staff was not as friendly or as nice as the staff from Carnival, #notcarnival.
