Will not sale with Princess again. Liked itinerary.

The whole trip was wonderful. The ship's food, service staff and support staff were all excellent. The only complaint I would have about the trip had nothing to do with the ship and its staff. We encountered extreme crowds at the most popular tourist locations on our itinerary and thus the long lines and waiting times at these locations had an impact on our overall enjoyment. One other issue would be a little dissatisfaction with the contract performers brought on the ship for one or two nights of shows in the Princess theatre.

This cruise itinerary was perfect for me, the archaeology aficionada, with highlight stops in Italy, Turkey and Greece. We selected this seven night cruise for the special visits of Rome, Naples (Pompeii), Crete (Knossos), Kusadasi (Ephesus), Istanbul, Mykonos (Delos) and Athens. We added on pre-and post-city hotel stays to make the overall trip double the length, and allow us to fully enjoy the capital cities. We took Princess excursions in most stops, and found them quite well organized, very comprehensive, with highly qualified guides, air-conditioned buses and a good monitoring of time. Yes, the weather was scorching, and the crowds were tremendous, but the Enchanted Princess was an oasis of beauty and tranquility in the ocean. I will add, as almost everything was prepaid on our trip, and we were on excursions every day, we rarely used the medallions, and our cell phones stayed locked up in the safe. All in all this was an extremely enjoyable cruise, with a fantastic itinerary, a lovely vessel, friendly crew and staff, and efficient operations. We had a wonderful time, and although we were often hot and exhausted, we saw so many unique and historic sites that will stay forever in our memories, that we felt the cruise was worth every dollar. We cannot wait to sail again!

We had a wonderful relaxing cruise. Didn’t like Marseille and were a little disappointed in Gibraltar - I was expecting it to be more ‘British’. I wouldn’t do the Barcelona to Rome portion again, but I would definitely do the Greek Isles and Kotor again.

We loved the ports that we visited. We would not recommend Princess based on our experience with Guest Services, Room Service and the quality of food.

Overall a good experience because we were visiting such amazing places. The ship itself was okay but we don't really like the onboard events or shopping. It was our first cruise and we generally enjoyed ourselves, but there were multiple inconveniences that were frustrating.

Wonderful cruise. Made special by cruise critic cruisers with whom we made reservations for small group excursions. Except for the internet glitch, cruise was fine.

Ports were wonderful, but the ship had little in the way of entertainment. Thankfully we had the drink package, and got to know a couple of the bartenders to keep us happy!

The biggest disappointment was no WiFi for so many days!! Especially when Princess Advertised, and we paid for, "best WiFi at sea". Production shows were quite good, wish there were more! Noise level of the bands in the central Piazza, 5th floor, was WAY, WAY too loud!!! When trying to relax and have a conversation at the 7th floor bar, it was impossible to hear your neighbor! So ridiculous to have such noise, it is probably to a level of hearing damage! Do OSHA rules apply on ships - they would never pass. Industrial factories are not allowed to have such noise levels! This noise on the fifth floor was so bad, it will discourage us from using Princess again. Oceania obviously doesn't have such noise levels, but even Royal Caribbean isn't so loud. Please fix this! Just try reducing it by half and see if anyone complains, I'm sure they won't, and you may avoid a lawsuit. The violin players from Ukraine were a welcome relief! We Liked the Ship engineers presentation very much! And we loved cooking demonstrations by Florian, head chef. He is a treasure!

Ship clean and very well maintained. The crew is very good. Find your favorite bartender as one or two of them do short pours. We will sail on this ship again. Only the internet was a total disaster.

The ship and everything associated with it was fun and delightful. I would recommend Princess.

It was a very good cruise with some glitches, but we were glad we did it.

We have been very pleased with the service that we receive from Anne and Ed Koehring from Cruise One. They are helpful and diligent in dealing with our questions and requests. We enjoyed the entertainment emensly! The excursion were enjoyable. Take a snack since some are long trips with no places to get food.

Easy embarkation and disembarkation. Service staff were wonderful and I'd cruise with Princess again.

Enjoyed the 10 days we spent cruising. The staffs and personnel were always pleasant and welcoming .

Nice relaxing trip. The internet (as usual) was problematic but people were helpful. Service was consistently good. There were many time/day changes to our ports, some of which were disappointing (I.E. Arriving in Barbados at 11:30 which left little time to go to the beach and be back for dinner)

After waiting over 3 years, a couple of postponed dates, thinking we would never be able to return to our beloved cruising, I must say this cruise made it worth the wait :) The ship, the decor, our cabin, the staff, and service, the entertainment, the food, the fabulous ship's officers, the weather, the feeling of welcome, it brought tears to my eyes to say we have returned. To know we are valued customers, and knowing also the staff were as happy to have us back, as we were to be back, made it so memorable.

Enchanted Princess is a new ship. She’s a beauty with several modern aspects to her. Onboard, she can wow you. The newly designed medallion interface with the ship and other people is very helpful. But there is a feeling that big brother is watching you 24/7, that’s just me. Overall a different plus.
