The ship and everything associated with it was fun and delightful. I would recommend Princess.

Zipped right through with no problem other than verifying the correct credit card being used on board.

Food and Dining

The dining room (Amalfi) was very hectic for the first 4 nights. Even though we had booked on the Medallion ahead of time, we were not assigned a table for every night as we had hoped. It took 4 nights to get this fixed. The food was great as was the service but not as leisure and personnel as previous cruises. I will say the Specialty Restaurant, Sabatini's, was OUTSTANDING. The $35 was well worth it and the food was better than any restaurant I have been to. I had to personally compliment the chef and he was so appreciative and gracious. The drinks throughout the ship were outstanding from the specialty coffees, both hot and cold, to the Mud slides and pina coladas, you could not ask for anything better. The pizza , as usual, was outstanding as well. Thin crust Margherita Pizza is my favorite and it was delicious.
Onboard Activities

The pools, as usual, were very crowded an extremely difficult to get a chair. People put towels on their chairs as early as 8 and 9 o'clock and then disappear. Something really needs to be done about that. The shows were FABULOUS. the Rock Opera was outstanding. The one comedian, Don, was hilarious and the group that played every night in the Plaza was fabulous. It was a black girl singer, which I cant remember their name but I understand they have been with Princess for a long time. The game shows I did not attend but the Bingo was fun as was the karioke. Always something going on and something to do. You can do as little or as much as you want to do at any time day or night.

The shows were OUTSTANDING. The Rock Opera was fabulous. The comedian, Don, I cant remember his name, was the best I have seen in a long long time. The other comedian was good but just not my kind of humorrrrrr.

No KIds in my group
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Every one of them were kind, friendly and attentive to every need possible. Our room steward was helpful in getting whatever we needed as well as friendly always available. The personnel in the buffet were so kind, friendly and willing to help however they could. Dexter Paul, a Manager, always came over to our group to make sure we had everything we needed and too help in any way he could.
Ship Quality

The ship was very clean at all times.
Cabin / Stateroom

It was clean and comfortable. however, for 3 people in the room it could have been a little bigger, especially the bathroom. Not much room to even turn around.
Ship tip
I would say to confirm your time, table and dining room for every night prior to boarding. Confirm day and time of specialty restaurants as they fill right away.
Very poor. We did a cooking tour at a private home up in the rain forest. It was one of the highlights of the cruise. It was hands on, fun and delicious. I would recommend this tour.
Took the Catamaran cruise of the harbor with a visit to Grand Anse Beach. It was horrible. The Catamaran has a plank to walk to get off into the water and on the beach. It broke that day and the crew cold not get us off until after about an hour. On the way back to the ship they could not dock the catamaran because they didn't know how to tie it up correctly. DO NOT TAKE THIS TOUR. Princess refunded us 30% of our money from this tour as everyone complained
