Wow! We have cruised twice on this ship and food was always hot and fresh. I come from a career in the dining field and loved the food. Sounds like you should consider staying away from cruise ships
Your condemning a whole cruise line based on your experience with guest and room service? The buffet food being cold? If you serve yourself and the food is cold, put it aside and get yourself something else. One thing to remember is some people like to complain. Those who read these reviews keep one thing in mind, it’s just one person’s opinion!
Wonderful itinerary - we have a nearly identical cruise in May 2024 on the Sun Princess. I hope that they read these reviews and correct their ways.
