Rooms too small and needed a couch to be comfortable. Not many drawers or storage area. Too cold if just sitting around. Too hot if line dancing or hula dancing. Food and entertainment needs improvement. Chair and couches around the center of ship on 5, 6, and 7

Great experience; this was our first cruise and it won’t be our last!

The trip was wonderful and I would highly recommend it. We had a few issues that were not earth shattering or cruise ruining. My biggest concern is that I tried to visit with the director of food and beverage three different times, but he would not ever contact me. I left a phone message and two written requests for him to contact me. My third request included a cc to the captain and the company president. I have yet to hear from anyone. As a manger in a company, I would never not answer a request such as mine. The requests started around the 8th day and the final was on the 14th day. Not sure why they refused, but management needs to respond to their customers. Wed cruise often and are already planning the next vacation. We'll see if they care enough to contact a passenger with a story to tell.

From arriving at port and being treat like cattle by staff to contstant over pricing and sales harrasment by Princess staff to buy Spa treatments, jewellery etc, it was not a relaxing experience at all! I got off the ship happy to leave the cruise ship and Princess Emerald. I thought the Captain and crew officers should be asking the customers if everything is ok with thier treatment etc onboard, entertainment , facilities. After speaking to many passengers they were all under the same conclusion that Princess only cares about profits and clients are at the bottom of the list. The captain is only seen rarely at formal evenings and is usherred away by another crew officer hurriedly to avoid questions from passengers. No interaction from crew and staff other than to sell Princess products.

Overall an excellent cruise to Hawaii. Weather was disappointing but uncontrollable.

Not the best cruise, the embarkation was such a nightmare and the ship staff could not look at the passengers for the first week. The weather was not good and the indoor activities offered were in limited spaces so people were fighting for seats at almost every activity.

The cruise was good. I don't think we will go at this time of year again..Twice and the weather hasn't been that great. Out of 9 Sea days, there were only 2 that were nice enough to sit out on the balcony.

It was a pleasant cruise, but I still haven't decided whether the costs were worth the benefits. You pay extra on Princess because Princess has convinced people they are better. They had better food than almost all the cruises I have been on, and the excursions were nice even if they were way more expensive than other cruise lines. The lack of kids running around was nice, but all of the people who used walkers or wheelchairs (some were faking to get pushed to the front of lines) was almost as bad. I will give serious thought before I book my next cruise as to which line I'll use.

Warm and friendly crew. Ship easy to navigate. Lots of dining and entertainment options.

Glad this was not my first cruise or I would not be going again.

Other than a terrible embarkation experience, we had fun on this cruise in spite of the weather.

Princess seems to want to upsell their vacation experience, we drank but not to the extent of the drink package. Any time you wanted something, whether it was in the store or a photo it was another charge. Seems funny that at the start of the cruise the prices in the store were 1 price by the end of the cruise it was almost at clearance prices. Yet the ship was going on another cruise when we left the ship, yes it was to Mexico and not Hawaii but some things where the same.

Nice itinerary if you like a lot of sea days (9). We love sea days and the relaxation time. The seas were moderately rough most of the time due to the storms coming and going to Hawaii. Could not use the outside area as mostly cloudy. Never know about mother nature. Our visit to the Islands went well and we got to do everything we had planned. We did the Germaine's Luau in Honolulu and it was better than expected.

Overall the cruise was pretty good.. just issues getting on and off the ship, some bad weather, rough seas, but over all we had a Good time and it was very relaxing with wonderful shows and great customer service..All our questions were handled quickly and politely and never had any issues with anything. We are early 60’s and most of the ships passengers were much older with activities geared for the older demographic, but we met some amazing unforgettable people and the cruise was an unforgettable time as we celebrated my birthday and retirement.

15 days seems long, but wasn't nearly long enough. Met a lot of great people on the ship. The food at all the restaurants was incredible. The service was great. The islands were each wonderful in their own way.

Great cruise, long time at sea going and coming back but plenty to do on board the ship, Mexico was awful but didn’t spoil the trip, LA airport is shocking, our flight wasn’t until early evening so we planned on storing our bags at the airport and going down town LA for a few hours, nowhere to store the bags so we had to wait until lunch time to check in..........should have made arrangements beforehand to spend the day in LA, at least we know for next time 😀

Cruise great. Disembarkation a nightmare. Have not been on Princess since and never again!

Can't beat the price for the service and ship activities. Princess is the best!

Great cruise, superb crew. Dining in Botticelli was excellent. Vincente and Wilfredo are wonderful waiters. Fun trivia contests. Mini suite was great. Gerald was outstanding. Overall wonderful experience.

Nice cruise. Enjoyed the sea days and the ports. Food was so-so. Crown Grill was worth the extra price. Ship is older and needs some repairs and updates.
