All the crew members were exceptional, nice, courteous, friendly, would help in any way you needed so they get an A+. The shows need much improvement like broadway shows, a better jugaler, a good magician, ice capades, a good clean comedian.
Rooms too small and needed a couch to be comfortable. Not many drawers or storage area. Too cold if just sitting around. Too hot if line dancing or hula dancing. Food and entertainment needs improvement. Chair and couches around the center of ship on 5, 6, and 7
Embarkation

as soon as we got on the ship, tired and hungry, was directed to a muster station and got separated from my party and had no idea where my room was. Room was the smallest I have even seen and we had 3 people with a roll a way bed and no couch so wasn't very comfortable
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
they were clean and like everyone having to use sanitizer but the food wasn't the best. Would have liked more fried and grilled chicken, barbeque and trimmings like good sauce, slaw, and hushpuppies, good steak, didn't get any of the big boiled shrimp cause ran out. The hamburgers and hotdogs were so far and they weren't grilled and buns cold, by the time you walked there and got back was cold, didn't like not having ice cream in the buffets and could get more than a little cup, you could never get a chair in the middle of ship for any entertainment for was always occupied no matter what time of the day, was cold most of the time
Onboard Activities

enjoyed the line dancing with the canadian but was so hot on the 7th floor everyone for dying, took the hula classes but also way too hot but when I was trying the ask the lady over it on Thursday when we were having the grand finanly she cut me short and was not friendly or nice so I didn't go to another one
Entertainment
3 out of 5
shows were ok but could not been so much better, enjoyed the Hawaiian man's playing and singing, liked the canadian line dancer a lot, enjoyed the show featuring Heidi and young man singing and the joking

Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
I always stay with my Sister and brother-in-law so three in a room and it was the smallest we have ever stayed in. The roll-away bed mattresse was flimsy so Fred got me another pad to help but it dipped in the middle. Rooms need a couch to be comfortable but was clean
Ship tip
rooms are small, entertainment needs improvement, more chairs around the middle of 5, 6, and 7. Food needs improvement with more variety, rooms need a couch
didn't really enjoy the part we saw. Took the bus hop-on, hop-off and just saw a small waterfall and candy factory. Wish we had had two days in Honolulu and skipped Hilo
Wanted to do a Lou-owl but got booked up, so we rented a car and tried to drive to Pearle Harbor, Dole Pineapple store (which didn't like), and North Shore (no big ways) and we spent all day cramped in the car cause traffic was awful, bumper to bumper, so we didn't get to do another thing cause couldn't get back until 5:30 -- someone said they had a parade or something-was disppointed. We needed TWO days in Honolulu
I do see that there were a few things that the OP enjoyed (didn’t show up before I made my comment, however the basis of enjoying a cruise still stands)
Homework is an essential prior to picking staterooms. YouTube is absolutely full of videos of ships cabin types as well as layouts provided by the cruise line. Then decide. Since the OP has no history, and it makes me think that it’s their first cruise, I recommend looking for things you like about the cruise rather than just looking for things to be unhappy about...
