Enjoyed the time on board. Disembarking was a nightmare. Heavy rain, and had to walk in 4+ inches of water. Bus three blocks away. Princess did nothing to help. Suitcases wet,clothes wet, bus left cargo door open when he started driving until we yelled.

I’m not sure what you wanted Princess to do. They can’t control the weather, but they do offer transportation to the airport. This includes handling your baggage from the port to the airport. You are complaining because of poor planning on your part.

Never had an experience like yours but hate disembarkation particularly with princess. My partner and I both feel that princess bring your cruise to an abrupt end, feels like they are no longer interested in you as a customer once you’ve docked at your last port.
