Review summary

I really wish the excursion desk was open more hours, and had more staff taking care of all the people waiting in line, and did not service people who cut in line, even when the line waiters tell the staff. Probably the worst excursion desk experience ever.

PRINCESS IS GETTING greedier. No more steaks on the every evening Princess favorites, yet you can sure buy them in the dining room. No rotation of flavors on the Cream Bur-lee always pineapple. That doesn't even sound good. food in Horizon buffet was repetitious and not so good. NO Tacos ever.

Our room steward Enrico was wonderful. Some of the dining room waiters were too busy to get the orders in a timely manner. What's with NO bread sticks?

Again Enrico was great. Professional and friendly. We had a problem with our TV. It would not turn on. for several days the desk would send a different remote, someone finally listened and sent us a different TV, Thursday and we got off Saturday.
