Other than a terrible embarkation experience, we had fun on this cruise in spite of the weather.

Embarkation was terrible due to the inclement weather and gangplank problems. We were forced to wait out in torrential rain & high winds for aboutan hour. By the time we boarded, not only were we soaked to the skin, but our luggage & most of the clothing within was also drenched. We spent the first few days scrambling for laundry facilities.

The food and service were very good. Both Share & the Crown Grill were excellent. Weonly ate in the buffet occasionally, but the food and service were good.

The weather was cool and the waters too rough to allow swimming in the pools. The gym was ok.

We really enjoyed the ventriloquist, the comedian & the impersonator. The Marriage Match Game was a hoot as well. Trivia was fun as always.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was small but clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable! We were not able to utilize the balcony much due to the cold, windy weather.
Did the Road to Hana excursion & picnic. It was very interesting & would recommend going with tour guide Al “Bojangles” Jangl. He was an excellent driver and knew a lot about the area.
Did a (non-Princess) excursion through Island Watersports Hawaii of underwater scooters. It was a blast, even though the water was cool! I would highly recommend it! In the evening, we went to Germaine’s Luau. It was a lot of fun - music, dancing & great food.
