The Fitness Center is fantastic. Better than my gym at home. New Precor equipment. Was able to sign right into my profile from home. Ketchikan Dining Room is in an odd location. Cannot access it from the deck it's on. You have to go to the very last elevator bank or stairs and go down to it.

Be aware of the date that you are booking your cruise. Early May was too cold and rainy for us. The weather is probably nicer in the mid summer but prices are also higher. So choose what is more important to you. I also hear that the weather is unpredictable, so you get what you get.

The 360 dinner experience was a must. It is worth every penny. You can asked guest services to the control center.

You wanna download an app called get your guide? It works out a lot cheaper than you would go in direct. I've used multiple times and it's always worked no regrets.

Not to sail from Seattle port. We live in Florida and the boarding process is much better there. Also Discovery Princess did not have staff at the front of buffet asking people to wash their hands. All other ships have asked for hand washing.

Check your billing before debarking we had many charges that were for things we did not eat or order.

Prepare for wet, cool, overcast weather. Dress in layers and bring waterproof clothing for shore excursions. We rarely if ever saw a port where it wasn't raining.

Buyer beware high prices and you don't get value and true is rude I've only met two people on that ship that had good personality. The cruise director and my cabin Stewart.

Bring a reusable water bottle so you can refill and not purchase bottled water from onboard bars. Dress comfortable but still make dinner reservations in one of the 3 dining rooms. Arrive the day before leaving and stay the day after returning to port.

Check on the new way to have dinner. No assisged dinning time, you need to make reservations or eat in the marketplace which has great food too

Don’t waste money on the premier package unless you plan on drinking more than a couple drinks each day. Otherwise a waste of money.
