Review summary

It's impossible to overstate how wonderful this cruise was! The ship is glorious, the staff was motivated to serve. So glad we booked this, our first Princess cruise. It won't be our last!

Main Dining Room food was disappointing. It was generally served warm, not hot. The service crew, though, was totally outstanding, especially in Reserve Collection Skagway. O'Malley's and Gigi's was wonderful, as was Catch by Rudi's.

Energetic stage shows, and we saw 4 comedy shows. Very talented jazz musicians at Take Five. Too much to do, but thrilling to be able to chose from a great variety of events.

Wonderful, thoughtful, efficient, CLEAN stateroom and ship! Mr. Jorge, and his entire staff in the Reserve Collection Skagway dining room, were incredible, all week long! Excellent Cruise Director, Christof.

Very easy to get around. Super clean all around. 4,000 customers and the ship never felt crowded--that's a noteworthy feat!

Cabin / Stateroom

We will NEVER have a cabin as wonderful as this one! The balcony was huge (36 feet long and 27 feet wide), one of only 2 on board; it's right above the bridge in the front of the ship.
