Beautiful Alaskan cruise. I would sail again with Princess but from another port.

Being left in a cold line outside for over half an hour just to drop off luggage was not pleasant.

Buffet was very crowded. Specialty dining was booked full. In May outside venues are not used so inside is crowded

Ship tip

Not to sail from Seattle port. We live in Florida and the boarding process is much better there. Also Discovery Princess did not have staff at the front of buffet asking people to wash their hands. All other ships have asked for hand washing.

Sounds like you took everything in stride. Surprised that crew member wasn't around to have people wash their hands. I too have never seen that. Thank you for the insight. Happy Cruising
