Over all, I thought the ship was poorly maintained, very disorganized and the entertainment was a joke.

My wife and I were hoping to have an enjoyable Honeymoon on my first cruise ever. She has been on the Millenium before and highly recommended that we get aboard. The cruise was not what I expected. It was more. Fantastic is all I can really say. From checking in to our final meal, it was all great! Our Cruise Director Dru Pavlov made the trip a pure joy. He kept us busy, happy, entertained and well fed throughout the whole experience. I would take another cruise just to see him. The wait staff at table #502 were second to none. They catered to our every need including a Honeymoon cake especially for us. We did spend one night at the Olympic and that was exceptional. Wow, talk about feeling special. They also had a Happy Honeymoon cake for us.

The ship was kept in impeccable condition. All of the staff members were friendly and eager to serve. The food was wonderful.

Nice Ship. Very elegant in nature. Overall we had a great time.

Everything was great, the service, the food, the entertainment.

WAS GLAD TO SEE THAT YOU DOING WORK ON REPLACING SOME CARPETS WE WERE IN 9020 AND THE CARPET WAS SOILED, CLEAN, BUT SOILED- BUT THE HELP IN OUR AREA WAS GREAT

WE RECENTLY WENT ON THE MILLENNIUM. THE BOAT WAS CLEAN AND I REALLY LIKED THE LACK OF CONSTANT INTERUPTIONS. THIS SHIP REFRAINED FROM THE CONSTANT ANNOUCEMENTS STATING THE COMMING EVENTS, YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO REFUR TO YOUR DAILY PROGRAM. THIS IS ABOUT OUR 10TH CRUISE BUT OUR FIRST WITH CELEBRITY. THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND THE SERVICE IN THE DINING ROOM EXCEPTIONALLY GOOD. WE WENT TO PUERTO RICO , ST THOMAS, DOMINICAN REPUBLIC AND PRIVATE BEACH IN HAITI. PUERTO RICO WAS DISAPPOINTING. WE WENT ON THE RAIN FOREST EXCURSION. THE RAIN FOREST WAS GOOD, BUT THE DISCRIPTION OF THE EXCURSION FAILED TO MENTION 2 HOURS OF THE FOUR HOUR TRIP WAS A BUS RIDE TO AND FROM THE FOREST.

We have been on several cruises and this was the best. The ship and the crew was always friendly. The ship is laid out so it was easy to get to every thing and our room was quite. The crew never failed to have a smile and a warm greeting. The excursions were good and every thing that the cruise line said they were.

This was our first time on the Millenium. It is a very nice ship and everything is very conveniently situated on the ship. The staff was extremely nice and we recieved great service. I do feel some of the food was not up to Celebrity's standards but that may have just been the quality that was recieved that week. The ship also could use some improvements in the appearance as carpets and rails are beginning to show their age.

The ship is nice, although in no way superior to other best cruise lines. Very efficient embarkation and disembarkation. Great staff. Excellent food. Excellent entertainment. Unfortunately, the upscale image of the cruise was quite shattered when I after 20 minutes of frustrating Internet browsing I found out that they had blocked Skype to prevent passengers from calling at Skype rates. Even hotels do not do it!

The Millennium is a beautiful ship with a lot of amenities. The entertainment production team was outstanding--excellent music and voices! The staff was friendly and helpful. The wine tasting was exceptionally well done and definitely worthwhile. Shore excursions were well managed, interesting and fun with the exception of one tour guide in San Juan who was very loud and completely obnoxious.

The Millenium is a bit older at about 8 years but well maintained. As avid exercisers the gym could have been bigger and updated but the spin classes were great.

The ship was initially very disappointing. I thought the decor was dark and gloomy. I had also expected the pool to be much larger. The other ships I cruised on had much fancier lobbies and restaurants. I do not feel that much was done or spent extra for a New Year's celebration. You are paying double to cruise during this time and I would recommend a more luxurious ship during that time. In some ways however it was nice to be on a smaller less crowded ship. The food was quite good with a few exceptions. The service was exceptionaly good during the sit down evening meal.

Emergency services very exstensive,,beyound reality, Way above normal,,,DO NOT have any problems as the charges for any medical care will BREAK YOU and send your dream vacation to HELL.

This was our first cruise and the experience was unbelievable. People could not do enough for you and they made you feel as though you were the most important people on earth. the food was not my favorite but not because it was not good, I'm just very hard to please and pickie. I could not believe the amount of food and things to be done on board. It truly was a wonderful experience.

Overall a wonderful ship and a great time. Never was bored, never was hungry, and was always greated by smiling friendly staff.

This was the first time cruising on the Millennium, but not the first with Celebrity. The ship is showing some wear and tear but still a nice voyage. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They tried to please everyone each day. The ports were nice and this was a peaceful trip. There were plenty of activities for every age. I would recommend this ship. You don't get to pick you traveling mates but this being an older crowd, there was alot of complaining people. They really did not have much to complain about they just thought they did. The only complaint I had was disembarkation was disorganized.
