The Captain’s Club hostess (Amy) and the CC (Joanna) were both efficient and kept us busy with all the parties and activities. I do wish that the two of them would coordinate times better for the activities, it was hard to juggle at times where we were going, some we had to miss all together. Photo Gallery-excellent Because we were celebrating our 20th anniversary we decided to sit for a few black & white photos in the studio. These photos will be very special memories for us, especially since he made us look 20 years younger. LOL! My only complaint was the constant selling of drinks packages, upgrading of packages or selling of specialty dining packages. It really puts a damper on the cruise.

Nice ship, efficient crew, excellent stateroom maintenance & wait staff in main dining room. Lots of activities. Best entertainment of any cruise we have been on (15)

WE love Celebrity Cruises, I have travel with Norwegian and Windjammer Barefoot Cruises and Celebrity is amazing, great service, the ship tour was nice and clean, everything is clean!

for the amount of money they charge there a better crew ships out there

This is the best cruise line experience I’ve experienced. The service, food, cleanliness and the ships current updates was phenomenal. I would highly recommend.

Very relaxing. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room. Staff were awesome. Just be aware that the age group of cruisers on our ship was older than expected - it felt like it was about 90% retirees.

Generally good except as noted above. One of the biggest issues was the Celebrity ap. It was generally useless. We traveled with another couple and when we texted each other sometimes the text would come in right away but at other times it would take up to an hour. Also, there's no ring tone letting you know you have a text. If you're not looking at it all the time you miss messages. Also, I did not see a way to input a custom event into the schedule. Generally a poor ap. Maybe that's by design so that you have to purchase the internet package??

Great cruise, but did have a few issues with room which kept it from being excellent.

We choose Celebrity over any other cruise line. The food, service and just the way you are treated makes you feel like you are royalty!

Visited three ports that we had previously not visited which made it a unique cruise but the locations were limited from a sightseeing standpoint.

Overal to was a great cruise. I didn't dislike but will travel on Royal Caribbean next time. Even though Celebrity is suppost to be Royal's upper brand, I felt Royal was better.

The cruise was amazing. Celebrity staff are the best. The nine course sushi and sake lunch was fabulous. Our aqua class cabin 11594 was quiet, spacious, and modern. The balcony was wide with a clear view. The Captain was wonderful with an excellent sense of humor. All staff were amazing as always. Arvin, our cabin steward, anticipated our needs and answered any questions thoroughly. Edwin and Sari at Blu attended to all our dining needs with refinement. Staff at the spa were engaging and provided excellent service. The entertainment was fun and frequent. The full moon party where everyone wore white was a fabulous celebration. Staff at the coffee shop and gelato shop were attentive and always smiling.

Loved the Equinox, and it’s entire crew. Not thrilled about Cozumel but overall a great cruise!

2nd time on this new years cruise, music and entertainment was better this year than last year although there was no Latin Music but you have to make the best of it.

Our cabin boy was Ricky, he did a great job cleaning our cabin Our waiter for dinner was Gerry , he also was great

Great trip! Ship beautiful! We were moved several times for dinner and never request the moves. Thought the dance area was ridiculous on such a grand ship. Staff outstanding!

Enjoyed the cruise overall.staff was great!! We loved our waiter Renaldo in the Blu dining room. Food was nothing special compared to other cruises we have been on. Internet service not the best if you need it.

Overall a great trip. Only complaint is less Nassau, more Tortola.
