Review summary

Very relaxing. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable room. Staff were awesome. Just be aware that the age group of cruisers on our ship was older than expected - it felt like it was about 90% retirees.

Main dining: excellent. Ocean View also very good.

Onboard Activities

wine tasting - was surprised how it was handled, probably due to large number of participants. Expected to be walked through the wines and given tips more. Galley tour was nice, but very hard to hear.

Entertainment

Shows were good. First comedian was the best entertainment. Someone told us they had seen some of these shows a few years ago, so they don't seem to change them often. No alternating of shows so that cruise is not a repeat performance for those doing back to back cruises.

The size was comfortable. Loved having a balcony. Kept very clean and well attended to.

I expected the crowd to be old, but not quite this old. It felt like about 90% retirees.

We are doing this Cruise just because of the age group. We are a Young 60 and 59 year old couple...Rather have older crowd than Younger one. We may be getting older, but we All got to see the Best Bands Baby!

The passenger mix varies greatly. If you cruise during school holidays, there will be more mixed families. If you cruise while most schools are in session, there will be more older passengers. But I really don’t care. I’m having too much of a great time to worry about the age of my fellow cruisers. Older people like to have a great time as well, and I enjoy speaking with them.
