The Captain’s Club hostess (Amy) and the CC (Joanna) were both efficient and kept us busy with all the parties and activities. I do wish that the two of them would coordinate times better for the activities, it was hard to juggle at times where we were going, some we had to miss all together.
Photo Gallery-excellent Because we were celebrating our 20th anniversary we decided to sit for a few black & white photos in the studio. These photos will be very special memories for us, especially since he made us look 20 years younger. LOL!
My only complaint was the constant selling of drinks packages, upgrading of packages or selling of specialty dining packages. It really puts a damper on the cruise.

The food quality, volume and selections were as excellent as usual and personalized service in the specialty restaurants was amazing. We absolutely loved Tuscan Grill and wished we booked that twice. Murano was also delightful. Our waiter (Isai) and Fredrick the assistant waiter were wonderful in the Main Dining Room for the 8:30 sitting. Breakfast in the main dining room- service was slow. Oceanview Cafe was definitely the place for breakfast. Also in the afternoon the scones are delicious.
We tried room service twice once was great and the other was funny. They gave us someone else's order.
Cafe al Bacio has to be our favorite place on the ship for coffee & dessert. The best espresso on the ship,
The best bar was the Passport Bar, they actually made the drinks well. Ensemble whiskey sour made my cruise.
Onboard Activities

Pools were great you can always find a clean towel. The gym was a bit small. The spa was beautiful. I went for a massage and it was very relaxing. The Lawn Club was very beautiful. Never got to play bocci too windy. But we did our vow renewal up on the lawn, so lovely.
There are also movies showing there. The Hot glass was down for several days so we couldn't take part.
Entertainment

The different bands were hit or miss and so loud that the library was rocking. I do wish that Celebrity would book a jazz group or have the house orchestra play jazz one night in one of the lounges. Silent disco was a blast in the Sky lounge. They did it again at the Passport Bar, not enough room to dance. We were on board for Fat Tuesday you would think that a Mardi Gras themed party would have been planed but no... Some passengers brought beads.
The stage show- Topper is not for me, the performers work hard but just a little to bizarre for my taste. The comedian was very funny.
Service and Staff

Our stateroom attendant (Sue) was excellent. Our room was immaculate and had ice every night. I needed a feather free room and Sue took care of that
Guest Relations where the ship sparkled. I had to go down to the desk a few time to inquire about their new drink package that included the min-bar, the took care of everything, It was our anniversary and I wanted a few flowers for a renewal service, I told them 3 roses. I received a beautiful grouping of flowers plus in our cabin was champagne and a plate of cheese and fruit. Every department sent us cards to help celebrate our special day.
Our waiter (Isai) and Fredrick the assistant waiter were wonderful in the Main Dining Room for the 8:30 sitting. The sommelier Miroslav knew what kind of wine I enjoyed and made sure my glass was filled.
The Senior Officers were present on a quite few occasions and perfectly friendly.
Ship Quality

The ship is beautiful. Very well maintained and constantly being cleaned. It is easy to get around.
Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin Concierge Class 1009 was very spacious just wish the draws were deeper. Thank goodness for the space above the beds! Plenty of hangers and the suitcases fit under the bed. Bathroom has plenty of storage space. The only problem with the room is not enough outlets especially if you need a cpap machine. The room is in the aft and it can get a little rocky.
Ship tip
Stay mid-ship going around Cuba can get very rocky. Look for cruising ducks, you never know where you might find one.
To get through the port it will take you 40 min. We booked a Costa Maya Beach Day with transportation with an outside company. They were excellent. The beach is just rocky.
Booked a two different excursions: GCR2 - Coral Beach Club on Famous 7 Mile Beach -very nice beach just not enough time.
GCI1 - Dolphin Swim and 7 Mile Beach - my husband had the time of his life
we met up at the beach when he was finished with the dolphin swim
