Great cruise, but did have a few issues with room which kept it from being excellent.

Oceanview Cafe food was very good, Blu food not great first few nights, but greatly improved last part of week. Love burgers in Mast Grill.

I have seen the Production shows many times, but this production crew was incredible. Best I've seen, so we did not skip any. Kevin Jordan and Dave Burleigh were great, we went to both late night shows as well.

Blu waiter Hector and Sommelier Sugando were great. Captain Tasos is great, love his sense of humor and visibility through out the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

The room itself was great, love the additional drawers with the refresh. But we had to have the safe replaced 4 times. Room service did not arrive because they said our phone wasn't working. Guest Services said it was, but room service could not call before a delivery. It was reported and never fixed. Very unlike Celebrity.
Ship tip
Going to the early show there are more seats and frees up the rest of your evening.
Booked a 4 /2 hour Market Exploration. We spent too much time at stops and stopped at beach which was a waste of 20 minutes. We did not get back to downtown area until 5 hours and there was another 30 minutes of shopping on schedule before returning to ship. With 2 diabetics we chose to leave tour and get cab back to ship this ended up to be a 5 1/2 hour trip. Others did not get back until well after 6 hours.
