The third ship in the revolutionary Edge® Series, Celebrity Beyond takes an innovative outward-facing design further than ever, creating an even closer connection between you, the sea, and every exciting place on the horizon. Soak up the sun, salt breezes, and stunning scenery in newly expanded open-air spaces. Savor fine dining that rivals anything you’d find on land. And discover even more ways to relax and renew. The vessel was designed to ‘create a new world of luxury’ and will include numerous reimagined spaces that are sure to defy guest’s expectations. Celebrity Beyond is slated to debut in April 2022.
To ensure Celebrity Beyond would live up to its name, they not only reunited the dream team of architects and designers who first envisioned our Edge Series, but we’ve expanded their roles—and their designs will expand the way travel inspires you. In addition, Celebrity stretched the length of the ship to create even more room for incredible outdoor spaces, like the new two-story Sunset Bar imagined by world-famous designer Nate Berkus and a redesigned Rooftop Garden by the visionary Kelly Hoppen, CBE, that brings you closer than ever to the water’s edge—both in collaboration with celebrated architect Tom Wright of WKK. Kelly also took The Retreat Sundeck to a luxurious new level in more ways than one. And we’ve introduced even more delicious culinary experiences to our already unrivaled collection, including a new restaurant by the world-renowned chef, Daniel Boulud. All this is just the beginning of how Celebrity Beyond will redefine the art of luxury travel again, like each of our Edge Series ships has done before.

Celebrity’s onboard ‘resort within a resort’ space, The Retreat, staterooms and outdoor venues on Beyond have all received a new look from famed interior designer Kelly Hoppen CBE. A new, two-story Retreat Sundeck will offer more outdoor space and will feature secluded cabanas, chic new seating areas, additional water features and the exclusive Retreat Bar. The warm and inviting Retreat Lounge will be a new stylish space to unwind.

Delta Cruises travel agent, Barbara, was not very helpful. Always got the feeling that we were bothering her. Definitely felt like everything we needed had to be self-service. Not at all happy with included WiFi, drink package and prepaid gratuities. Had to upgrade on board in order to get decent WiFi and drinks. We were not in control of the gratuities, and we didn't know when or how much each person who provided service was paid. Felt as though they were looking for tips. Made me uncomfortable. The ship was very nice, although quite crowded. The room was quiet and restful. Thought the ports were poor choices, especially Puerto Plata.

Overall, a good cruise. The weather was very windy creating some rough seas. Celebrity really tries to help you have an exceptional vacation experience.
