Delta Cruises travel agent, Barbara, was not very helpful. Always got the feeling that we were bothering her. Definitely felt like everything we needed had to be self-service. Not at all happy with included WiFi, drink package and prepaid gratuities. Had to upgrade on board in order to get decent WiFi and drinks. We were not in control of the gratuities, and we didn't know when or how much each person who provided service was paid. Felt as though they were looking for tips. Made me uncomfortable. The ship was very nice, although quite crowded. The room was quiet and restful. Thought the ports were poor choices, especially Puerto Plata.

Overall, a good cruise. The weather was very windy creating some rough seas. Celebrity really tries to help you have an exceptional vacation experience.

Cruise and ship were amazing. Loved the shows and beauty of ship. Captain Kirk was very visible and friendly.

Very disappointed in Celebrity’s loyalty program (Elite & Elite plus). Could never find a bar that served hh. Seemed to be only premium bars. Royal does a better job.

Boarding and debarkation was a breeze. The ship wasn’t over sized like some. The design and artwork was sleek. I didn’t care for the constant steel drum without vocals at the pool. The new theater was very exciting and i usually don’t care for the shows. More options for live music, comedy, entertainment and/or dancing in the evenings would be welcomed.

BEYOND is a beautiful ship, clean cabin, bathroom's and every nook and cranny around the ship, great entertainment, delicious food....and Captain Kate and "Bug"! What more do you need or want?

This was a very relaxing cruise with a more subdued clientele. The food and entertainment was superb and it was a fabulous cruise.

For my first cruise, at age 65, had one of the best vacations ever. Just by chance picked a cruise for my wife's birthday and selected the Caribbean tour. Just happened to be the Celebrity Beyond, and was way beyond my expectations. I will definitely make cruising a part of my life going forward and Celebrity will be my first choice!

We had a wonderful time. Bonaire is absolutely gorgeous! I would love to have spent more time there.

Huge shoutout to capt Kate and the crew! We were in Aqua Class so ate majority of our meals in “Blu”. Foood was excellent and wait stuff met every request.

Embarkation was the quickest and easiest we’ve ever experienced! Loved the ship, service, cleanliness and food. Would highly recommend, just didn’t care for the ports as much as others but we’ve been to Cozumel and Grand Cayman many times before. We love Celebrity Cruise Line!

This cruise was to celebrate our 30th anniversary. I'm so glad we chose this ship, the room, the date, etc. I don't think much could have been better. Celebrity Beyond is a very classy ship and they really know how to treat their guests.

Ship = amazing. Staff = amazing. Ports = not in any long enough. Embarkation = amazing. Debarkation = Great until outside the terminal, then disastrous.

We loved the itinerary. Two and a half days at sea gave us plenty of time to get the lay of "the land" on the ship. Three consecutive port days had us hopping but we loved it. Then two days to relax and decompress before heading home. Perfect

This is the perfect cruise for older, childless couples.

We have sailed on the Beyond before and we excited to do so again. We had already been to the ABC islands on a different cruise line and wanted to go on Celebrity. Don't forget to get the genuine Blue Curacao while in Curacao. It tastes so much better than the brands you get in the USA.

I have enjoyed other cruises much better than Celebrity Beyond. It was very underwhelming and left us feeling like a waste of money.

I’d been to all of the ports several times. With the heat decided to stay on board

Over all was good. Ended up getting Covid from the cruise. Also very disatisfied overall with them double charging me $2500. $5000 in total. and now the are saying its 3-5 days to get it resolved. Which now my bank is -$2500 and I cant get any groceries for when we got back to the house. Never will use Celebrity ever again and Will not recommend it to anyone.
