Review summary

Over all was good. Ended up getting Covid from the cruise. Also very disatisfied overall with them double charging me $2500. $5000 in total. and now the are saying its 3-5 days to get it resolved. Which now my bank is -$2500 and I cant get any groceries for when we got back to the house. Never will use Celebrity ever again and Will not recommend it to anyone.

What we’re you double charged on? And you could have brought COVID on the ship with you. Usually Celebrity always has great reviews. Could this be fake?

Sorry about your situation but why would you use your personal banking for travel related charges? Using a credit card would have avoided low funds in your account. Also, as someone else commented, covid could have been contracted pre or post cruise through travel.

Would be interesting to know how you can prove covid was obtained onboard. Very easily could have been contracted on your travels to the ship, if your illness was even covid.
