Overall this is a very nice ship. There is a lot to like. My biggest issues were the shear amount of people on the ship, the service my room attendant gave us and what I feel is a downgrade in food quality. Maybe its the amount of people this staff had to attend too this cruise and the fact that its a bit more of a boisterous group of cruisers who are used to good quality service but in some cases I think the staff could have been better. All that said I would definitely cruise with this ship again if given the time and opportunity and see for myself if it was an aberration or an issue that management must address.

Great cruise overall and captain made a “hurricane cruise” great with the change in ports. Staff Mohammed and Issabella in the dining room and Oki as the room steward made the cruise a wonderful experience overall. We would highly recommend this cruise.

Sailing out of New York was a first for us. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Statue of Liberty 🗽 on the way out. I would highly recommend this ship to anyone. Next time I would like to try one of the Terrazza cabins.

This could be a phenomenal experience if they improve on the food.

So overall good cruise for big family group. Ship has great service and fun bars. Casino was good but very smoky. Food was good but only specialty dining was excellent. Too crowded feeling overall. It was a fun cruise but I will prob go back to Princess and NCL in the future.

Wonderful cruise. Beautiful ship. Food in dining room and steakhouse and Italian restaurants was delicious. Desserts were epic especially Sicilian lemon mouse and chocolate molten cake. Lots of activities - 80’s party. White party. Games. Shopping. Lots of sitting areas for reading and relaxing. Guys Burgers. Pizza. Swimming and water slides for the kids Lots and lounging areas

Staff was not friendly at all. I was told so much to do and my two girls were not able to stay together due to age. It was my birthday and I was told they were going to do something and it was never done.

Avoid as the disembarkation is horrible and the people on the ship are ignorant! Teens pushing and shoving, line cutters. A long-time Carnival cruiser no more

We took our grandkids on this cruise. It was their first and they had a lot of fun. We thought the ship was beautiful and an upgrade to Carnival cruising.

Overpacked with nice staff. Too short of a stay in Bermuda.

This cruise just wasn’t up to par. I’m not a regular cruiser. I’ve talked to others and many felt the same. The food was sub par. Tasted the same regardless of what & where we ate. The alcohol too. The package allows you to drink all day & night but the alcohol is cheap. Barely felt like I was drinking. I have a 13 yr old, he met friends in the circle C club and had a blast! I barely saw him. My 19 yr old also made friends and hung out all night too. That I’m grateful for! I think the cruise was just too long for me. The staff was fantastic! Accommodating and always polite. Always cleaning! Our rooms cleaned daily. The comedy shows were the best! All the comedians were funny! Dance club was fun too! The cruise director was great! I have a lot of great things to say but I don’t think I’ll be cruising again. Oh and the kicker… both my son & I got covid on the ship. That’s not carnivals fault just the nature of the beast.

This was our 5th Carnival cruse. It will be our last. It was only the 9th voyage of the ship and they made a point of telling us to leave a review survey. We never got one, I emailed Carnival twice--nothing. MANY people on the cruise said they won't do Carnival again based on this experience.

Beautiful ship, great crew, a few awful guests tend to ruin things though.

2 weeks before the cruise we got a call for an upgrade offer. We went from an interior cabin on the lido deck to a premium aft balcony on deck 7. This also put us in the Terrazza class of cabins, which is a huge factor in this review. Particularly because of two perks that are included in being in a terrazza cabin. Firstly, there is an included private continental breakfast each morning. Also, you have access to a private deck for a majority of the day. As a result, you don't have to worry about the craziness of the lido deck during breakfast, or the hassle of trying to find a lounger. There are other perks included as well, so I suggest doing a little research before selecting a cabin, as well as researching the deckplan. Most complaints I've seen about this ship are about the congestion and overcrowding on the lido deck. We were able to avoid this with the Terrazza room. So, our experience would have been drastically different had we not had the upgrade. However, my worst cruise was also a great cruise, so it's all about how you look at it and approach it. I am usually very frugal when sailing and take advantage of everything that is included. But, my suggestion would be to greatly consider spending some more for a Terrazza cabin on this ship. Again, I can't imagine a bad cruise, buy it might be worth it to consider.

The experience was great, considering it was our first cruise.

We traveled with 30 people from our family and friends in which we had the most amazing time together! The ship, the crew and experience itself was amazing. This was our 8th cruise and first time out of New York and will be the last out of New York because the crowd is different from there and saw multiple fights for ZERO reasons but loved what we experienced outside of that! Carnival itself is amazing and we would never travel with any other company! Thank you again for an incredible time and can’t wait to see you on the Mardi Gras in November out of Orlando!

I enjoyed my vacation and had a great time, but I will never sail Carnival again. There are other cruise lines that, in my opinion, are better and actually enforce rules so that you can enjoy your time without worrying about someone else ruining your experience.

We had a great time in this cruise. The cruise was pretty much sold out but ship never felt crowded. If you get a chance book a cruise on the Venezia. We fell in love with the Italian theme. Absolutely beautiful ship.

This is the 10th Carnival cruise for my husband and I and they didn't disappoint. This ship was the prettiest one so far. The Italian flair was everywhere from the decor to the captain's toast in the atrium where the Playlist performers sung in Italian. We ate at the main dining room every night and the food was delicious. Sea day brunch was also tasty. I got the steak and eggs both times. I enjoyed both Playlist productions. This was probably the best group of performers to date. The singers and dancers were tip knotch. We had a terrazza premium balcony stateroom 6504. The bigger balcony was great and we got access to the terrazza area which was nice and quiet. The room also came with special robes and beach towels as well as a private sail away party. They also have a special sea day brunch in the steak house which we didn't know about so we missed it. The service is always top tier. This is our second time in Bermuda and this time we decided to walk around. We went to the Clock tower mall which is in walking distance of the port. We also found a cute little cart that sold delicious fudge. If you are a drinker, try the Rum Swizzle. We got 3 bottles. MarQ was our cruise directorand he had great energy. Family Feud was also hilarious. I won 3 times at the casino. They had a smoking and non-smoking section. Overall, we had a great time. Looking forward to the next cruise.
