Review summary

Wonderful cruise. Beautiful ship. Food in dining room and steakhouse and Italian restaurants was delicious. Desserts were epic especially Sicilian lemon mouse and chocolate molten cake. Lots of activities - 80’s party. White party. Games. Shopping. Lots of sitting areas for reading and relaxing. Guys Burgers. Pizza. Swimming and water slides for the kids Lots and lounging areas

The only downside was waiting outside in the heat and humidity at the NYC pier even though we arrived at our assigned time. It was an hour wait. Mostly because passengers don’t listen about leaving their luggage with the porters. Once inside the terminal it was a breeze.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our cabin was a standard balcony at the back of the book - aft. It was roomy comfortable cleaned and perfect. We didn’t spend much time there - mornings and late evenings. Ask for a blue blanket and enjoy the cold nights on the balcony.

Ship tip

Be patient. Be kind. I didn’t eat at the buffet at all only dining room assigned to me and specialty dining. Use the Hub app!! Ask for a bed topper. Ask for ice to be filled each day. Get the drink package - it’s worth more than alcohol- water bottles, mimosa, special coffee, soda, sparkling water and evening drinks.
