Review summary

Overpacked with nice staff. Too short of a stay in Bermuda.

Embarkation

Process was slow and crowded. We were delayed for about 1 hour since the Gangway was inoperable. Also our checked bags were delivered later at around 5:00 P.M.. Embarkation in Bermuda was terrible. Everyone came back to the boat at the same time and the line was longer than the actual ship! Overall a terrible process with elevators being packed with people trying to get back to their rooms.

Food was okay but was in small portions especially in the dinning hall. They were very accommodating with food allergies. The eggs at the buffet were cold and tasted like powder.

The Music and Magic show was the best hands down! Both were great!

Everyone smiled and said good morning too you. They were all very nice and except for the Maitre d’, very accommodating.

Overall nice. Maybe smaller than you would like but manageable for a short 4 night cruise.

Ship tip

Be prepared for long lines and overcrowding. Too many people are packed on to the ship.

Disembarkation

Everyone was forced out of their cabins at 8:30 meaning everyone went into the elevator. Every elevator was full and there was no direction by the staff. Once off the ship, the process went smooth.
