Sailing out of New York was a first for us. We thoroughly enjoyed seeing the Statue of Liberty 🗽 on the way out. I would highly recommend this ship to anyone. Next time I would like to try one of the Terrazza cabins.

Ship experiences
Food and Dining

Buffet lunch on day 1 was the best. After that it was just ok. Super crowded. Guys burgers changed the sauce to a garlic sauce. I didn’t like it. MDR had all the regular items on the menu with a few new ones. I enjoyed eating there for the most part. Tables are way too close for my comfort. I love sea day brunch.

Enjoyed Pasta Bella for lunch here on the last sea day. It was really good.
Lido Marketplace

Very crowded with a packed ship. The only day I really enjoy is embarkation day. Love funfetti cheesecake.
Canal Grande Restaurant

I prefer to eat in the dining room to get away from the crowded buffet. Tables are way too close for my comfort.
Onboard Activities

Lots to do if you want. We just wanted to relax. Pools were very small. Hot tubs always crowded.
Entertainment

Playlist performers were ok. We have seen all the shows before. Singers and strings trio were very good.
Service and Staff

Dana our room steward was awesome. You can tell the dining room staff is overwhelmed but we still enjoyed eating in the dining room instead of buffet.
Ship Quality

This ship is beautiful. Someone is always cleaning. The pool areas are definitely small but we aren’t sun bathers so didn’t bother us at all. Always a lounger available to sit on. My favorite area is deck 11 above lido pool. The best place to sit and read a book or just watch the ocean.
Cabin / Stateroom

Good size for an inside cabin. Clean and had plenty of storage. Definitely liked that the shower had a door instead of a curtain. Bed was very firm. Refrigerator was coldest we’ve had.
Ship tip
Be patient. Lots of people and it seems crowded at times. Elevators take time getting used to.
